An jeder Stra\u00dfenbiegung entsteht eine neue Landschaft. Das sehr fruchtbare Land beg\u00fcnstigt eine vielf\u00e4ltige Landwirtschaft: Viehzucht, Gem\u00fcseanbau und insbesondere Weinbau. In den Ferien gibt es ein echtes Terroir zu entdecken.<\/p>\n<p>Die vom Menschen vor vielen Jahren f\u00fcr den Salzhandel angelegten Salzwiesen wurden nach und nach f\u00fcr die Raffinierung von Austern umgenutzt, man spricht heute von \u201eklar\u201c.
